Specialty Training

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Short on time? HIIT is the ultimate time-efficient workout. With short bursts of intense effort followed by brief recovery periods, HIIT workouts torch calories, boost endurance, and build lean muscle fast. Heart rate stays elevated, recovery times are short, and movements are functional—helping you burn more fat in less time and keep your metabolism firing long after the workout ends. Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting is more than just lifting heavy—it’s a dynamic, full-body training method that combines power, speed, precision, and mobility. Through two iconic lifts—the snatch and the clean & jerk—you’ll learn to move efficiently, train like an athlete, and gain a level of strength that translates beyond the gym. Whether you're training to compete or to sharpen your skills, Olympic weightlifting delivers measurable, transformative results.

Powerlifting
A strength sport focused on three main lifts, squat, bench press and deadlift. The goal is to lift the maximum weight possible for a single repetition in each lift. Powerlifting is an important part of fitness. Building strength and developing raw, functional strength that carries over into daily life and other sports. Improves discipline, powerlifting requires consistent training, focus, and patience, helping build mental and physical resilience.
